Chase de Vere shortlisted in Personal Injury Awards

We’re delighted to announce that Chase de Vere has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Personal Injury Trust Provider of the Year category at the Personal Injury Awards 2023.

This is the first time that we’ve entered these awards and so it’s particularly pleasing to be shortlisted, especially as there were a large number of entries across all of the categories.

Our Personal Injury & Court of Protection team (PICOPT) provides advice to clients who have typically suffered life-changing injuries and the team is the most experienced in the sector. They establish a large number of Personal Injury Trusts (PITs) each year. These are special types of trust arrangement for proceeds of personal injury compensation payments, where the assets aren’t assessed for means-tested benefits and so can used as originally intended, for the welfare of the person who has suffered the injury.

Our entry details the excellent support we provide to personal injury clients through our Advisers, PICOPT Administration and Client Support teams. Also, our service combines independent financial advice with independent investment options, and when investments aren’t suitable, we recommend a wide range of cash options including National Savings & Investments.

The entry also featured the role of our PICOP Academy, where we are able to train and develop our next generation of PICOP Advisers, the great work we do supporting charities and personal-injury related organisations, and the large number of solicitor firms who recommend our services to their clients on an ongoing basis.

The winners of the Personal Injury Awards will be announced at the awards event on Thursday 23 November, at the Hilton Hotel, Manchester Deansgate.
